We’re all unique, so what gets us to our fitness goals is unique. We all need someone who understands our physical make-up; once you find that trainer, you’re on your way to success.
I offer several different training options; select the route that works best for you.
PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
One-on-one private personal training sessions 30 or 60 mins. Specialized for the individual and their goals.
GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Small group personal training 2–6 people. Share with a family member or a friend! A great way to motivate and to hold each other accountable while having fun.
GROUP CIRCUIT TRAINING
Small group circuit training classes with limited availability 8–12 people in a class. Functional fitness: everything from strength, flexibility, core and cardiovascular training, 60 mins.
I started this journey as a young boy trying to get bigger, faster, and stronger for athletics. Now, I have over 30 years of experience (15 of those professional), and clients who have been with me for the duration and counting.
